Hotel Policy

At Temple View Homestay, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you use our Website.

  • Minimum age for Check-in is 21 years
  • Guest must carry valid government address ID Address proof for the check-in process (Address ID proof includes: Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport )
  • Government address ID Address proof is mandatory for all the guests to complete their check-in process.
  • Check in Time is 01 Noon
  • Check out Time is 12 PM
  • We adhere to this schedule to ensure ample time for our team to thoroughly clean,sanitize , prepare the rooms for our next guests.
  • Early Check-in and Late Checkout is subject to availability based on confirmation on the day of arrival.
  • Visitors and delivery executives are not allowed inside the room

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation if cancelled before 3 days / 72 hours before check-in
  • 50% of the booking value will be cancellation charges if cancelled within 3 days / 72 hours of check-in time
  • 100% of the booking value will be cancellation charges if cancelled within 24 hours of check-in

Parking Details/Policy

  • Parking is available and is at owner's risk
  • Our security staff will be happy to assist you for the parking

Children & Extra Guest Details

  • Below 10 years child will not be charged
  • If the child is above 10 years the additional charge will be 700/- inclusive of taxes
  • For extra adult, the additional charge will be 700/- inclusive of taxes

Our Home stay is Located just near the North tower temple which is 200 Meters away, 350 meters from east raja Gopuram , which is starting point of Girivalam.
